Programme Content
The Vitality for Sustained Success programme involves a personalised plan and commitment to a predetermined number of one hour sessions over a specified period of time. Each plan includes the following tried and tested elements: The Aim
The aim of the programme is to relieve existing aches, strains, and stresses, and also boost physical, mental, and emotional vitality on a cumulative and lasting basis.

Following successful completion of the initial programme, clients are advised to have a maintenance session every 6 to 8 weeks to ensure that the benefits are sustained.

Beginning the Process
The first session involves a detailed assessment of your: Upon agreement to the personalised programme plan, we then enter into a written agreement that details the number and frequency of sessions.
